We can't stress this enough: please read the user manual first. About 90% of the questions sent to us could have been avoided if the user took the time to read the manual. If you can't open the manual then you need to download the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Computer Inventory:

Error when putting in registration code

User must tap on reg. code entry field before entering reg. code with graffiti pad.

Field Inventory:

None at this time.

Cradle Robber:

Clock may speed up with some Sony devices.

We are working on fixes for devices.
